Work on your improv muscles with Paul Connolly!

Just as athletes regularly work out at the gym to improve their physical muscles, performers need the chance to work on their creative muscles. With The Improv Gym, participants will indicate what areas of their improvised performance they wish to work on - be it physicality, character, truth monologues, or something else - and the session will be catered around working on those skills. An opportunity for experienced improvisers to work on their skills in a low-stake, friendly and supportive environment.
